Endorses McCann

As residents of Latah County, we will join voters in Lewis and Nez Perce counties in returning Rep. Lori McCann to the Idaho House. Appointed by the governor to fill a vacancy, McCann ably served one session and a special session for Legislative District 6.

She served on the Agricultural Affairs, Commerce and Education committees.

Areas that she brings knowledge from include her background in ranching, family business and teaching at Lewis-Clark State College.

Lori McCann is the perfect candidate to represent our Palouse interests in Boise.

I so agree with the Sept. 30 letter titled “Greed on Display.”

Carol J. Schmidt, you are not alone on your thought regarding guns and abortions. I hope some day common sense will prevail over this hypocritical way of thinking.
