Pretty good people
You’re all pretty good people, at least 80% of you, and you surround yourselves with good people who mostly do good things and who feel remorse if they don’t.
You know there are some bad actors out there, but they’re few and far between, so they don’t define your world; they’re outliers. Your country is like you, mostly made up of good people.
There really must be something wrong with other countries which have a problem with us, and those countries are the outliers.
We sure sell a lot of weaponry, and we have a lot of wars and aggressions around the world. But that’s cost us. Now we’ve sunk to truly unfathomable debt as many of our cities and much of society has fallen apart. Yet, arguably, most of you are a net positive to any county or community you might belong. That good will might be demonstrated with electricity, our numbers being the amplitude and what we have to offer being the voltage. A nation full of people like that has a lot of power.
Some might believe that power like that needs insulation; insulation that shields from harsh reality. Without which, “we” as a country wouldn’t have “your” consent to what is being done to take advantage of that good will.

Let the family teach
I am writing to protest Washington Senate Bill 5462 ... .
Enough already. You people in power who write laws about educating our American children have gotten way out of line and into the area that belongs to the American family. There are many good folks out there who do not subscribe to the homosexual lifestyle and do not consider it to be anything belonging in a school ... .
If you believe in the separation of church and state or better said, “religion and secular politics,” ... you are going against this premise. This is really a basic spiritual principle, not a political one.
Furthermore, the homosexual community has their “civil” and political rights and much more: gay Pride month, gay parades, ad nauseum. Shall we as heterosexuals ascribe to the same foolishness? Why not?
... There has already been a lot of decay in the moral climate of our nation and a lot of it has crept into our schools... . Leave the things that should be taught at home at home. Take your hands off our children.
The family is the basis of the nation and ... it starts with a father and mother, not two fathers or two mothers pretending to be a true unit. It’s against nature and against God, should you happen to believe in him. I do, and also want to say to those trapped in that unholy lifestyle that there is hope for you. Go to God, confess and ask for help.

Political nonsense
Politicians Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and the rest of them, and Big Pharma, must be really scared of Donald Trump because they just keep lining up — one person after another — to try to bring him down, but people keep voting for him.
I wonder why all these politicians keep on trying to keep Trump out of the voting. I don’t trust them and it makes me more sure Trump is who we need.
