Air Force Airman Trenton M. Felkins has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

Felkins is a 2006 graduate of Asotin High School. He is the son of Leeann Felkins of Asotin and Mike Meyers of Clarkston.

Air Force Airman 1st Class Daniel J. Gilliland has arrived for duty at Pope Air Force Base, Fayetteville, N.C. Gilliland, an aircraft electrical and environmental systems apprentice, is assigned to the 43rd Maintenance Squadron.

Gilliland is the son of Steve J. Gilliland of Orofino and Linda E. Walker of Eugene, Ore. He graduated from Kamiah Bible Academy in 2001 and from Spokane Community College in 2006.
