Registration open for Young Cattle Producers Conference at Lewiston

Registration is open to cattle producers ages 18 through 40 for the Idaho Young Cattle Producers Conference June 24-26 in Lewiston. The conference is sponsored by the University of Idaho Extension.

Applications are due May 1. Participation will be limited to 20 applicants. Registration is free but participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging.

The conference will include a tour of the cattle industry, information on financing a cattle operation, how to utilize risk management tools, innovative range management practices and endangered species issues.
