Numerical nuggets from the Czar of Series Statistics:l Lee now has a two-for-one shot to win its first Series title. In the tournament's 51-year history, three teams that have been in that situation have lost their last two games. It happened to Grambling (La.) in 1964 as well as the last two teams Lee will face this year. Lewis-Clark State lost its last two games in 1983 to Lubbock Christian, and in 2003, Oklahoma City lost two straight to the Warriors.

l L-C is playing in the title contest for the 21st time in its 27 appearances.

l Lee is the 17th team to play Lewis-Clark State in title-round play. The Warriors have met two teams twice in the finale - Dallas Baptist and Oklahoma City - and one team, Grand Canyon, three times.
