A person crosses Main Street as snow falls Thursday in Lewiston. Wet, fluffy flakes started falling on the Lewiston-Clarkston Valley around 5 p.m. Thursday and quickly blanketed the town. A Lewiston police dispatcher said that almost "any (road) with a hill" was closed Thursday evening. Police were scrambling to respond to several vehicle slideoffs, including a multiple-car incident on Bryden Canyon Road.
