Kent E. Moscrip, 51, passed away peacefully Friday, Oct. 27, 2017, at his home in Clarkston. Kent was born May 30, 1966, in Lewiston, to Bill and Elaine Moscrip.
He grew up in Lewiston and graduated from Lewiston High School in 1984. Kent attended Lewis-Clark State College and received his associate degree in appliance repair in 1987. He worked for St. Vincent De Paul for many years in Lewiston and Boise as an appliance repairman. He was a shift supervisor at Rick's Family Foods at the time of his death.
On July 18, 1998, his beautiful daughter Olivia was born. He loved her dearly and even when he wasn't with her he would talk about what a wonderful young lady she had become. Kent loved his electronics, his motorcycle, his drums and above all his family.
He was proceeded in death by his dad, Bill Moscrip; grandpa and grandma Moscrip; grandpa and grandma Dickinson; and grandpa Dick. He is survived by his daughter, Olivia Moscrip; mother Elaine Moscrip; sister Cindy (Larry) Wilcoxon; sister Laura (Dave) Lumley; brother Joe Moscrip (James); brother Mike (Kathy) Moscrip; and many nieces and nephews.
There will not be a public service for Kent. A family gathering will take place. In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made to the Lewis-Clark Animal Shelter in his name.
