Kelly Duncan Bigsby left us from this Earth to be with his father in heaven on June 2, 2013. Kelly was born Nov. 20, 1988. He was born in Silverton, Ore., to Kelly and Donna Bigsby. During his childhood years Kelly spent time in Versailles, Mo., and then spent the remainder of his years in Craigmont. Kelly graduated from Highland High School in 2007. There he met his best friend and love of his life, Michelle Thomason. Together they have a son, Wyatt, 2 years old, with a new one to be born July 3, 2013. The baby's name will be Liam Duncan Bigsby.
Kelly was a kind, compassionate man. Everyone who knew him remembers his quiet spirit and tremendous love for his family. Kelly will always be remembered for his bright smile. We will all miss him dearly.
His favorite things to do were to go fishing, hunting, camping and spending time with his family. There was a continuous battle on who would get the biggest buck or elk each hunting season.
Kelly is survived by his mother, Donna; stepdad Corey Duman; his dad, Kelly Bigsby; two brothers, Mike and Jessie; and two sisters, Rachael and Jesseica; his fiancee, Michelle Thomason; and son Wyatt Bigsby. He is survived by his grandparents, Jim and JoAnn Wareham and Vern and Louise Bigsby, with many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service and dinner will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Craigmont Community Church. Cremation and other arrangements are being provided by Uhlorn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Cottonwood Community Credit Union. The funds will be set up to use for funeral expenses.
