PULLMAN — Two people were injured during a head-on collision Wednesday near Pullman.

The crash occurred on Washington State Route 195 a few miles north of the town around 10 a.m., according to a news release by the Washington State Patrol.

A vehicle headed north was struck when a southbound car veered into the wrong lane. Both vehicles came to a rest in the roadway, which blocked traffic in both lanes of travel, according to the news release.

Chelsea Davis, 32, of Pullman, and a 44-year-old Katrina Siddons, of Potlatch, were taken to Pullman Regional Hospital, according to the news release.

Davis was charged for allegedly driving under the influence and felony vehicular assault, according to the news release.
