Staci Baldwin was elected Lewiston School Board president this week.

The Lewiston School Board elected Baldwin as the new president for the coming year at its meeting Monday. Charlotte Kremer was elected vice president, according to a news release from the school district.

Baldwin served as the vice president for the board for the last two years. She has been on the board for 10 years after being appointed in 2014, and was reelected in 2015 and 2021. Baldwin owns a bookkeeping business and runs the Jackson Baldwin Foundation, according to the news release.

Kremer has been on the board for three years. She was appointed in 2020 and was reelected in 2023. She retired in 2019 from Lewis-Clark State College and serves as the chairperson for the Governor’s Commission for Service and Volunteerism and on the board of America’s Service Commission, according to the news release.

Former school board president Brad Cuddy remains on the board.
