Sentencings
Judge Carl B. Kerrick
Jonathan Judd Archibald, 20, Lewiston, a withheld judgment and probation on charges of burglary and unlawful possession of a firearm, both felonies, were set aside. On the burglary charge, he was sentenced to one to three years in prison with jurisdiction retained for 365 days, and on the firearms charge, two to five years in prison with jurisdiction retained for 365 days, with both sentences to run concurrently.
Justin Wayne Cassezza, 23, Clarkston, on charges of conspiracy to commit burglary and aiding and abetting burglary, given a withheld judgment and sentenced to three years of probation on each count to run concurrently, 30 days in jail and 30 days discretionary jail time.

Liston E. Hedrick, 48, 1445 Elm St., Clarkston, six counts possession of an explosive device without a license, sentenced to six months on each count to run concurrently.
Donald L. Anderson Jr., 46, 2204 Bellevue Drive, Clarkston, three counts felony harassment, sentenced to 25.5 months under drug offender sentencing alternative, with 12.75 months in prison and 12. 75 months community supervision.
Daniel M. Christianson, 32, 1620 Chestnut St., Clarkston, two counts fourth-degree assault, sentenced to 364 days in jail, credit for 78 days served, remaining 286 days suspended.
Crime Reports
Three guns, including a Remington .30-06 rifle with scope, valued at $800, a Ruger .22-caliber rifle, valued at $400, and a Ruger 9 mm pistol, valued at $550, were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked on the 800 block of 12th Street in Clarkston. Also reported stolen were various items including a camouflage duffel bag, binoculars, ammunition and a deer call, with a total value of $542.
Assorted items including a Nokia digital camera valued at $200, crystal bowl and salt and pepper shakers valued at $100, DVR valued at $50 and assorted jewelry including a Black Hills Gold cross and chain valued at $400 were reported taken from a residence on the 3100 block of Fifth Street in Lewiston.
Locks were cut off three storage units at 3303 Hatwai Road, but nothing was reported missing.
