GRANGEVILLE — No one was injured in a two-vehicle crash on the White Bird grade that happened about 8 a.m. Tuesday about 8 miles south of Grangeville.
According to a news release from the Idaho State Police, a 58-year-old woman from Council, Idaho, was driving a 2008 Dodge Nitro southbound on U.S. Highway 95 when the driver apparently lost control, crossed left of center and collided with a 1998 Dodge Ram driven by a 68-year-old man from White Bird.
Both occupants were wearing seatbelts, the state police reported, and neither was injured. The roadway was blocked for about an hour and a half. The Idaho County Sheriff’s Office and the Idaho Transportation Department assisted at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
