Next Kohberger hearing scheduled

MOSCOW — Latah County District Court Judge John Judge has set a Feb. 28 hearing to discuss the coming schedule for the Bryan Kohberger case.

According to Judge’s order, the attorneys in the case will discuss dates for a trial, Kohberger’s request to change the venue of his trial, a deadline for discovery in the case, deadlines on expert disclosures and deadlines for filing any pre-trial motions.

The 1 p.m. hearing will be open to the public and will be livestreamed on the court’s YouTube channel.
