Volunteer ombudsmen

Applications for enrollment in the program are due Sept. 1. Applicants who are accepted into the program will complete eight training sessions lasting three hours each and will receive state certification. Monday in Orofino
OROFINO - Orofino residents living on Riverside should prepare for a planned water outage Monday.
The total system waster outage will begin at about 10 a.m. and last approximately eight hours. The outage is necessary for a contractor to tie in the new water lines on Hartford Avenue.
After water service has been restored, residents may notice cloudiness in the water, which will clear up once the water has been run for a few minutes.
