Police seek man who was acting suspiciously
Lewiston police are attempting to locate a man involved in a suspicious incident in the early morning hours Wednesday on the 1300 block of Ninth Avenue.

It appeared the individual had a smoking pipe and was fiddling with something else, according to police.
After 45 minutes, the subject changed into all-black clothing and left. Police do not know if the man attempted illegal entry into any of the apartments.
