Clarkston DECA will have Drive 4 UR School fundraiser today
The Clarkston DECA will be participating today in the Drive 4 UR School fundraiser at a local car dealership.
The fundraiser will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at Joe Hall Ford in Lewiston. There will be 10 vehicles for test drives for every test drive a school completes they will receive $20 toward their DECA chapter.
Participants must be 18 or older and only one driver per address is allowed. Test drives will last about 15 minutes.
There will also be hot dogs and beverages for those who attend.
Clearwater Valley High School will have a Senior Parent Night
KOOSKIA — Clearwater Valley High School students and parents can attend Senior Parent Night at the school’s library.
Senior Parent Night will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday with Shauyna House, who is the school district’s college and career readiness specialist. She will present on Next Steps Idaho, Apply Idaho and Idaho Launch.
Families can also work on college applications and scholarship information. Federal Student Aid ID set up can also be done after the meeting.
Disney and dessert fundraiser for Pullman orchestra
PULLMAN — The Pullman High School Blue Orchestra was accepted to the Disney Imagination Campus experience and will be having a fundraising event for the trip.
The event will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Pullman High School. There will be Disney music, costumes and desserts and the cost is $5 for youth and seniors and $10 for adults. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
The orchestra will be traveling in April 2024 to Disneyland to perform and attend a professional Disney workshop. Donations can also be made to bit.ly/45vo6Yf.
