Saturday’s festivities will also feature Main Street Grill going for a Guinness World Record for making the largest Philly cheesesteak. Construction of the sandwich will begin at 11 a.m. and is planned to be completed by 11:45 a.m.

The sandwich will be sold in 6-inch pieces for $10 each. All proceeds will benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Lewis Clark Valley.

Hot August Nights got started Thursday with the Rogers Motors Tune-up Show & Shine.
