GRANGEVILLE — A Grangeville woman pleaded guilty to three felony counts of grand theft in 2nd District Court here and agreed to repay her former employer more than $200,000.

Darri L. Cadwallader reached a plea agreement on the charges that potentially each carry penalties of 1 to 14 years imprisonment and up to $5,000 in fines.

Cadwallader is scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 18 by Judge Adam H. Green. Green could potentially adjust some details of the plea agreement.

Cadwallader's charges include two years fixed and six years indeterminate on each count, but the sentence is potentially suspended in return for the guilty plea.

She will potentially pay court costs and $257,837.58 to her former employer, Bell Equipment of Grangeville, where she was the office manager.

The plea agreement also states that Cadwallader will potentially be sentenced to five years of supervised probation, including 90 days in the local jail to be served within six months of sentencing.

According to the criminal complaint, between Aug. 8, 2018, and April 18, 2020, Cadwallader made deposits in various financial institutions of $43,844, $167,305 and $10,554.

She is represented by Robyn L. McPherson, of Moscow. Zachary Pall, Lewis County prosecuting attorney, represented the state in the case.
