Fleshman Way to open with ceremony

A public ribbon-cutting ribbon ceremony for Fleshman Way will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at the road's east end.

After the event, the new four-lane road will be open, connecting the Southway Bridge with 15th Street in Clarkston.
