GRANGEVILLE — Idaho State Sen. Carl Crabtree was recently awarded the Beef Industry Leader of the Year Award for 2022 from the Idaho Cattle Association.
Crabtree, who lost his seat in the Republican primary in May, was honored along with others in the state during the association’s annual convention held in Sun Valley.
Wyatt Prescott, executive director of the association, noted Crabtree’s work in the Idaho Legislature on behalf of agriculture and the beef industry. Crabtree was not available to receive the award in person.
The Idaho Cattle Association works to preserve, promote and protect Idaho’s cattle industry and its volunteer leadership from across the state.
