GRANGEVILLE — A 33-year-old Boise man was arrested for felonies following an alleged break-in at a residence in the Warren area in southeastern Idaho County.
Ryan Cox faces charges of felony burglary, felony possession of burglary tools, criminal trespassing and resisting and obstructing.
According to a news release from the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office, witnesses had seen a man enter a residence through a window when the owners were not at home. Further investigation revealed the man had been seen in Valley County with a vehicle that had allegedly been stolen from Boise. The man also was seen with a disabled motorcycle that was allegedly stolen from Idaho County.
On Friday, Idaho and Valley county deputies contacted the man at the cabin that he had allegedly broken into and arrested him. Cox was taken to the Idaho County Jail in Grangeville.
