Authorities have more information on missing man

The Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help in locating 26-year-old Michael Murphy, who was reported missing several months ago.

The last known address for Murphy was listed in Lapwai.

According to the sheriff’s office, Murphy was entered as a missing person with the National Crime Information Center in July, the same day the office received a report that he was missing.

Murphy was last seen in Moscow and last heard from on or about Feb. 24.

Deputies have continued to follow up on Murphy’s disappearance, according to the sheriff’s office.
