U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Kevin Moseley, center, embraces his wife Kellie and their 4-month-old daughter Paislee on Friday at the Lewiston-Nez Perce County Regional Airport. Moseley was one of a dozen Idaho National Guardsmen in the 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team who returned home to the Lewis-Clark Valley after a yearlong deployment in Southeast Asia in support of Operation Spartan Shield. It was only the second time Moseley had the pleasure of seeing his infant daughter.
