Stage Coach Road near Waha will be closed today for debris removal

Stage Coach Road south of Waha will be closed to all traffic most of today to allow for the removal of debris from a prior crash, according to the Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office.

The closure will take effect at about 6 a.m. today and last into the evening, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.

It’s expected the roadway will be reopened by 6 p.m. today.

The debris is from when a semitruck crashed on the road in July, according to the sheriff’s office.
