Moscow elementary school’s closure means the doors won’t reopen to students in the fall

MOSCOW — Russell Elementary celebrated its final last day of school last week, with students and staff alike getting into the spirit of “Asphalt Day,” a slew of indoor and outdoor field day activities held at the school Wednesday.
