Motorists asked to avoid Fairview and Meadow streets Tuesday evening after semi crash in Colfax

COLFAX — The Whitman County Sheriff’s Office asked motorists to avoid Fairview and Meadow streets in Colfax Tuesday night after a crash caused disruptions to traffic flow.

The law enforcement agency announced in a Facebook post that a semitruck crash blocked the roadway and drivers should choose another route while authorities work to remove the truck.
