DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of all labor, materials, equipment and services, necessary to provide a single-story addition to the west end of the existing WWAMI Medical Education Building consisting of faculty, meeting rooms and study space.
BID BOND: A bid bond or bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount, including alternates, must accompany the bid proposal. (Refer to Instructions to Bidders.)
PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this project. (Refer also to Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions of the Contract for further bidder qualifications.)
ESTIMATED COST: $ 3,400,000.00
CONTRACT TIME: Three Hundred (300) consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed. (Refer also to Instructions to Bidders, Bid Proposal and Agreement.)
PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid conference will be held Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at 10:00AM prevailing local time in the offices of Architectural & Engineering Services, University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho.
