MOSCOW -- The University of Idaho Alumni Association and U.S. Bank will honor the top 10 percent of Idaho's high school juniors at local events this spring.
Ceremonies through April are scheduled at 25 sites across the state. An Idaho Top Scholar Program was held April 16 at Grangeville High School. The following students were honored:
