When we created Inland 360 five years ago, we wanted to craft a vibrant publication that would resonate with readers and showcase the diverse arts and culture scene of our region.
Every week since then we've put out a new edition hoping our readers would find it fun or useful, interesting or thought-provoking.
However, when you're on this side of the desk, you often send work off into the world and never know how it fared.
We want to fire up the conversation and grow the 360 community. The cover of this week's edition features seven Inland 360 stickers with the logo, "Love where you live," created by Lewiston Tribune designer Sam Coulter. We have 100 of each design, and starting today we'll begin sending them out to readers who speak up.
How do you get a sticker? Here are two ways.
1. Write a letter to the editor.
Tell us what stories you liked or send a cranky rant. Share your opinion about visiting an event or watching a local play. Do you have something to add about something we wrote about? Don't be shy. Letters can be emailed to letters@inland360.com or mailed to Inland 360, 505 Capital St., Lewiston, ID 83501. Letters are limited to 200 words and must include a name, address and phone number. If we don't have your address we can't send you a sticker.
2. Participate in a contest.
We hold lots of contests throughout the year. Currently we have Picture This (see this week's puzzler, at left) and our Meme Challenge. Take part in a contest and then email your address to contests@inland360.com so we can send you a sticker.
We'll give away each sticker variety until it's gone and then move on to the next one. Stay tuned for more opportunities to collect all seven.
