70th: Bob and Marilyn Becker

The Lewiston couple will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary Tuesday.

They were married on May 31, 1952, at Potlatch Lutheran Church, where they vowed “... for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish till death do us part.” Thus, it is an honor for their children to help celebrate the vows that their parents took seven decades ago.

Their children include Rob and Janice Becker, of Moscow; Cindy and Doug Deschamp, of Pahrump, Nev.; Kathy and Daryl Minden, of Harvard; and Keith and Janice Becker, of Moscow. They also have 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
