Thomas, who completed his UI career last season, will take the field Saturday when the Stallions face the league-leading Texas Terminators at the Idaho Center.
Thomas finished his collegiate career last winter when he helped Idaho win the Big West Conference title and earn a berth in its first-ever bowl game. Idaho then beat Southern Mississippi in the Humanitarian Bowl.
