Birthday announcements are published weekly in the Tribune's Sunday AM section and must be submitted by 3 p.m. Wednesday to be considered for publication. They are published at no charge but are limited to every five years beginning at age 80. A photo may be included for publication in B&W; photos may be published in color for a $25 charge.

Basic information
Nickname may be included in parenthesis after first name.
Include occupations, employers, cities and year of retirement.
Include previous cities of residence
Include full names of clubs (not just initials or acronyms) and cities in which each is based
Family information
Include wife's former name (if applicable).
If spouse is deceased, please list year of death.
Birthday celebration information
i.e., their family, their children
Photo
(File size limit is 4MB)
Additional Information
May include military service; offspring who are deceased (please list year of death)
