AHSAHKA — The annual Evangelic Services at the Northfork Presbyterian Church in Ahsahka are set for today and Sunday. A dinner and sale fundraiser for the church will begin at noon today. There will be a 6 p.m. prayer service, 6:30 p.m. song service, followed by a welcome and message at 7 p.m.. Sunday’s events begin at 10 a.m. with Sunday school. There will be a message at 11 a.m. with communion to follow and a covered-dish luncheon at 12:30 p.m. Sunday.

A free community meal will be served from 4 to 5:30 p.m. today at the Episcopal Church of the Nativity, 731 Eighth St., Lewiston. The church’s food pantry is open from 8:45 a.m. until noon every Tuesday.

Pataha Flour Mills, near Pomeroy, will have a special concert at 7 p.m. today in the Houser Room, featuring the Valley Trumpeters and the Valley Clarinet Ensemble. Preceding the concert will be a special Mother’s Day dinner buffet from 5 to 7 p.m. by free-will donation. Reservations are requested at (509) 843-3799.

Double Portion of North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada, a 10-member Southern gospel family group, will perform at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday House of Faith, 2502 16th Ave., Lewiston.

The Eagles Gathering Women’s Conference is set for 6 p.m. May 17 and 9 a.m. May 18 at Hope Chapel/Valley Christian Center, 3215 Echo Hills Drive in Lewiston. The conference host is Becky Weber of Fragrance Ministries in Coeur d’Alene. The speakers are Becky Weber and Annie Bogart of Coeur d’Alene with worship music provided by Ronda Nelson of Pierce. Registration is $30 or $20 for Saturday only and may be paid at the door. Women younger than 35 are invited to attend free and all attendees are welcome to enjoy a free luncheon at the church.
