Daniel Storey passed away Friday, May 3, 2019, in Clarkston.
He was born April 10, 1954, to Evelyn and Albert, in Clarkston. He spent his childhood there with sisters Sharon and Vickie, and later graduated from Clarkston High School, class of 1972.
He then ventured out of the Lewiston-Clarkston Valley to experience various trades and the sights of different states, but home called him back. It was here that he met his wife, Lee, and they raised their daughter, Chantilly.
Over the years, he met and worked with many good people at Dick Julson’s Auto Haus, Lumberman’s and Clarkston Glass. Dan enjoyed angling for the biggest fish during summer campouts with his family. He was a very capable mechanic and would troubleshoot anything with wheels. After building his dream shop, he liked to spend time designing woodworking creations.
Dan was always thankful for his time with family and friends, and would delight in the happy reflection of memories.
No formal service is presently scheduled. A memorial fund is in place for anyone who wishes to donate to the Lewis-Clark Animal Shelter, as it was one of Dan’s favorite local organizations to support.
