PRINEVILLE, Ore. — A Prineville man has been sentenced to 20 years for a drunken driving crash that killed two people and had his driving privileges revoked for life.
Justin Dewey Bittick was sentenced Thursday. The October 2017 crash killed Caleb Austin Williams, 23, and Stephan Mitchell Leader-Bowles, 21.
Bittick was celebrating his 37th birthday at a bar in Prineville when he invited a group of four back to his home. Police said Bittick drove erratically before his vehicle rolled over southwest of Prineville.
