Geraldine Mae (Egleston) Zolber, 90, died April 8, 2012, at Orchards Rehabilitation and Care Center in Lewiston. Geraldine was born April 25, 1921, the youngest of four children, to Pearl (Raney) and Arthur Egleston in Villisca, Iowa. She received her education in Iowa.

On June 1, 1943, Geraldine married Clifford Frank Zolber in Spokane. Clifford was stationed in the U.S. Army Air Force until November 1945. For the next several years they lived in Reubens, Winchester, Grangeville and Clarkston. In 1962 they moved to Kamiah. After Clifford's death in 2001, Geraldine lived at Burkhart Senior Home in Kamiah until two years ago, when she moved into a home with her daughter, Patricia, in the Lewiston Orchards.

Geraldine enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening, raising flowers, making quilts, doing embroidery work, and spending time with her family.

Geraldine is survived by her three children, Sandra Lowry of Spangle, Wash., Donald Zolber of Richland and Patricia DesRoches of Lewiston; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be from 10 to 11 a.m. today at the Reubens Church. Graveside service will follow at the Reubens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Trenary Funeral Home of Kooskia.
