Bravence family protesting Lankford's release

GRANGEVILLE - Thirty years after the brutal murders of a young U.S. Marine captain and his wife in the Idaho County backcountry, the families of the victims are protesting the release of one of the killers.

Brothers and sisters-in-law of Robert and Cheryl Bravence have begun a letter-writing campaign objecting to the proposed 2018 parole of Bryan Lankford.
