Nez Perce County Commissioner Michael A. Grow pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor charges in 4th District Court in Cascade Monday and was fined $3,000 and sentenced to a total of 635 days in jail, almost all of which was suspended.

Grow, 50, was scheduled to go to trial Monday on a felony charge of forcible sexual penetration with a foreign object - his fingers - in an incident with a woman that allegedly occurred April 3, 2011, at a residence in Valley County. The trial was postponed Friday, and Grow said he wouldn't be in court Monday.
