MOSCOW - A 28-year-old Moscow man charged with murder is now facing a second felony offense after authorities allege his urine tested positive for methamphetamine.

Nathaniel H. Nisbet has been charged with possession of a controlled substance after police allegedly found methamphetamine in a backpack that belonged to him while searching a trailer on North Polk Extension in Moscow, according to court documents.
