The first graduating class at Highland High School in Craigmont, the Class of 1963, is shown in this photo from senior year. The newly formed school combined high schools from Reubens, Winchester and Craigmont. The class will mark its 50th anniversary with a no-host reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Holiday Inn Express in Lewiston. From left, front row: Norma Johnson, Camille Shears, Karen Longeteig, Sue Garten, Eleen Thomason, Carolyn Shears and Patty Flynn; second row: Stella Merrill, Marlene Burns, Sharon Fansler and Joyce Stellyes. Back row: Tom Kennedy, Gary Broker, Wayne Hill, Don Gish, Gale Vallem, Jim Hoduffer, Jim Krueger, Roy Coon, Donna Woodruff, Cheryl Pratt and Mrs. Josephine Thomason, adviser (who is still living).
